St Michaei/S —The institution of the Rev E. G. Penny (late of Dunedin') to the vacant cure of St Michael and All Angel’s took place yesterday, at Matin service. There was a large congregation, the ceremony being performed by the Primate. Mr Harman, the senior churchwarden of the parish, banded Rev Mr Penny the keys of the church. The newly instituted incumbent read the lessons for the day, the sermon being preached by the Primate.
