LYTTBLTON. Friday, November 17. (Before W. Donald, Esq, R.M.)
Drunkenness.—Robert Smith, on remand, charged with the above offence, was fined 20s. William Ford was charged by sergeantmajor O'Grady with this offence, and fined 10s. Thomas Short and Thomas Pointer, arrested by constable Johnstone, charged with the above offence, were fined 10s each. Pom (a Kanaka), charged by constable Bullen with the same offence, was fined 10s.
