MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, October 11. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq, R.M., and Percy Cox, Esq., J.P.] Drunk and Disorderly. Jane MacMahon, an old offender, was arrested for being drunk and disorderly the previous night near the Music Hall. Accused pleaded hard for one more chance, and said her passage was paid to Auckland. His Worship said he would adjourn the case until Friday, accused to be admitted to bail on her own recognisances in the meantime.
