RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MINISTRY.
(Per Press Agency .) Wellington, September 13. Bight of the Ministry have resigned. Maj >r Atkinson does not, and will swear in six Ministers this afternoon. He will meet the House at 2,30, and ask for an adjournment till 7.30. (From our own correspondent.') All the Ministers, but the Premier, are to resign, and the Premier is to form a new Ministry of seven, probably without Mr Whitaker.
