Nelson, September 3. We arrived late last night from Auckland. We were unable to land at Taranaki on account of the heavy gale. Mr Anderson received a telegram from Taranaki this morning, asking the team to go back there perthe Taranaki, and return in the Taupo, all expenses guaranteed. This cannot be done as the business men in the team have to get back. We play here to-morrow.
