MAGISTRATES' COURTS.
LYTTELTON. Wednesday, August -9. (Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.) Drunkenness —James William?, a seaman belonging to the City of Dublin, arrested by Constable Daly, was accused of being drunk and breaking a pane of glass in Messrs Radcliffe and Field's shop. The Bench fined accused £l, value of glass broken. George Olliver, a mate of Williams, who was aleo drunk and disorderly on Tuesday night, was dismissed with a caution, it being a first offence. Drunkenness and Vagrancy.—James Daly, arrested by Constable Devine for impertinence to a constable, was fined 10s or in default ninety six hours.
