Graham, who had been remanded for a week, was brought up and discharged, LYTTELTON. Saturday, August 5. (Before W. Donald, Esq, R.M.) Drunkenness. —An inebriate, arrested by Constable Devine, was fined 5s for this offence. Civil Case. —Trustees in estate of Jno. McDonald v J. M. WilliSflns, claim £7 17s 3d ) judgment by default, costs 13s.
