THE SHIP CITY OF DUBLIN. This vessel was still anchored outside the Heads at 1 p.m, to-day, but both the tug Titan and s.s. Akaroa had gone down the harbor to see if they could bring her up. If the gale moderates she will be brought inside this afternoon.
