LYTTELTON. Tuesday, August 1. [Before W. Donald, Esq., KM.] Drunkenness.—James Stewart and John McDonald, arrested by constable Bullen, were charged with this offence, and fined 5s and 10s respectively. Desertion.—John Mcintosh was brought up on remand, charged with deserting from the ship City of Dunedin, and sentenced to six weeks' imprisonment with hard labor.
