Supreme Court. —The civil sittings of rhe Supreme Court came to an end yesterday. The case of Lord v Younghusbaud was concluded shortly after the opening of , he defendant’s case by a verdict being taken for the plaintiff, by consent, the decree to be framed according to the declaration—that is, the plaintiff pays defendant £llO, and receives a conveyance of the premises.
