July 19—Onward, schooner, 69 tons, Russell, from Wangapoa. July 19—City of New York, 3009 tons, Cavarly, from San Prancisco, via Northern ports. July 19—Dido, cutter, 36 tons, Shilling, from Wairau. July 19—Taupo, s.s., 461 tons, Worsp, from Northern ports. Passengers—saloon : Misses Sheriff, Richards, Richie, Mesdames Clark and family, Blake, Maunders, Soloman, McParlane, Messrs Maunders, Knife, Taylor, Bamford, Roberts, Mowatt, Kelly, McParlane, Andrew, 13 in steerage, and 20 for South. cleared. July 19—J. G. Coleson, schooner, 70 tons, Brown, for Wanganui. July 19—Jannette, ketch, 41 tons, McDonald, for Chain’s Bay, in ballast. July 19—Taupo, s.s,, 461 tons, Worsp, for Port Chalmers. July 19—Hawea, s.s., 462 tons, Wheeler, for Northern ports. July 19—Especulador, barque, 262 tons, Powell, for Sydney. SAILED, July 19—Courier, ketch, 31 tons, Sinclair, for Pigeon Bay, in ballast. July 19—Linnet, ketch, 14 tons, Molyneaux, for Pigeon Bay, in ballast. July 19 —Margaret, ketch, 21 tons, Nelson, for Little Akaloa, in ballast. July 19—City of New York, s.s., 3009 tons, Cavarly, for Port Chalmers. The Union Company’s steamers, Taupo, from North, and Hawea, from South, arrived in harbour this morning. They sail for Southern and Northern ports respectively this afternoon. The P.M. Co’s R.M. steamer City of New York, with the San Francisco mail, arrived in harbour at 7 o’clock this morning. After transhipping her her passengers and mails, she left again for the South at 9 a.m.
