They sail for Southern and Northern ports respectively this afternoon. The P.M. Co’s R.M. steamer City of New York, with the San Francisco mail, arrived in harbour at 7 o’clock this morning. After transhipping her her passengers and mails, she left again for the South at 9 a.m.
