THE LYDIA HOWARDS TROUPE. “ Fra Diavolo” was repeated last night, and wont well, Mdlle Navaro sustaining the character of the brigand with much grace and spirit. Miss Nye sang “ Btay with me” capitally,, and received a well-deserved encore for her dance. Of the other characters, Mr Carey’s rendering of “ Simon tbe Cellarer,” and Mr Alexander’s singing of the sweetly pretty ballad of “ Down by the deep sad sea,” deserves mention. The company appear this evening. As will be seen elsewhere, a great attraction is announced for Monday, viz, the historical burlesque of “ Kenilworth,” with magnificent new scenery and dresses, and in which Miss Howarde will make her reappearance after her illness, as the Earl of Leicester. Mr Walter Hill has joined the company, and will take the part of Varney.
