Messrs Clifford and Roper report on their usual weekly sale, June 17th, as follows:-Co .vs, £9 10s; calves, 3s to 10s. Pigs—small stores, 5s to las; stores, 15s to 30s; iat pigs, 30s to 555; sows, 30s to 465, In pigs the supply is full for the season, but prices generally not maintained, excepting in the case of fat pigs, which realised fair figures. Poultry, per pair—Fowls, 3s to 7s ; ducks, 4s 3d; geese, 10s; turkeys, 6s to 8s 6d. In poultry, the supply very limited, and demand good. Friday’s rain prevented a strong attendance. Messrs J. C. Corr and Co. report on the livestock market for the week ending Saturday, 17 th June, 1876 At our Kanglora yards on Tuesday, we disposed of 5 horses and 5 head of cattle on account of different owners. The horses yarded were principally light draft, for which there is good demand at the following prices, from £ls to £22 10s. At the Addington yards, on Wednesday, 7570 sheep, 254 head of cattle, and 15 pins came forward for the week’s supply. Our entries were 25 head of cattle on account of Messrs Moor, Maher, Tubman, and Vincent, and we disposed of the lots placed in our hands at the following prices:—Fat heifers, £8 2s 6d; fat cows, £8 10s; dairy cows springing to calve, £8 15s to £10; eighteen-months old cattle, £4 10s; calves, £2 4s. We quote beef at 28s per lOOlbs, and mutton 2d per lb.
