SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, June 2, 1876. (Before His Honour Mr Justice Johnston ) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. RE CATHERINE THOMPSON, DECEASED. Mr George Harper applied for leave to issue letters of administration, with will annexed, to Frederick Maxwell Thompson, as residuary legatee, the two other executors named in the will having renounced. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE ARCHIBALD MCMURDO THOMPSON. Mr George Harper applied for letters of administration, de bonus non , to Frederick Maxwell Thompson, as nex of kin to deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. BE JESSE KINNEAR, DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied for leave to issue probate to John Rutland, as executor named in the will. His Honor made the order. BE ARCHIBALD COOK SUTHERLAND, DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied for probate to issue to Barbara Sutherland, as widow of said deceased. The Court then adjourned.
