SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Tubsday, May 30. (Before His Honour Mr Justice Johnston.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. EE WILL OF ROBERT OSBORNE, DECEASED. Mr Thomas applied for order leave to issue letters of administration to Henry Williamson, of Kowai Pass, storekeeper, as legatee in said will named. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE WILL OP JOSEPH JESSOP BECK, DECEASED On the application of Mr Thomas, His Honor made an order issuing probate to Robert Wilson, of Kaiapoi, baker, as sole executor. RE WILL OP WILLIAM PRISTON, DECEASED. Mr Slater applied for an order for leave to issue probate to Kate Alicia Priston and Thomas Bowhill Thompkins as executors thereof. His Honor made the order as prayed. ESTATE OP WILLIAM NIXON CHAPMAN, DECEASED. In this case Mr Wynn Williams had set down an application to issue letters of administration to Eliza Chapman, as widow of deceased, but it was ordered to stand to next chamber day. The court then rose.
