THE CASE OF WRIGHT V. TAYLOR.
To the Editor of the Globe. Sir,—From the reports in last evenings Star and this day's Times, it might possibly be inferred that Mr Wright had applied to the Bench for an order of payment of rent, might I be allowed to state through your columns that Mr Wright was on Monday last paid the full amount (although, by the advice af my solicitor, under protest). It would have been paid from week to week, bat that the trustee in his insolvent estate requested me (at the time of the (iling of his declaration of insolvency) to withhold it.
