MAGISTRATES' COURTS.
CHEISTCHUECH. Friday, May 19. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq, E.M.J Lunacy from Drink.—Henry Windsorwas brought up charged with lunacy, said to be the result of heavy drinking. He was remanded to Lyttelton. Drunk and Disorderly.-We Grant for this offence, and for using obscene language, was fined 40s. A Public Nuisance.—Two women of illfame were charged with being drunk and disorderly and creating a disturbance in the public streets. They were each fined 10s.
