Messrs Clifford and Roper report on their usual weekly sale, May 13th, as follows : —Milch cows, £5 5s to ,£8; calves, 2s Od to 12s 6d. Pigs Weaners, 5s cd to 9s ; small stores, 10s to 17s; stores, 20s 10 3ls ; sows, 45s 6d to 70s. Poultry (per pair)—Fowls, 2s to 4s 9d; ducks, 4s 9d to 5s 3d; geese, none ill market. Turkeys, Gs. Poultry—Supply still very limited, and demand good. In pigs, not so much has been done as on last sale day, prices remaining about the same. Attendance good.
