" Sir—We, the undersigned members of the vestry of the parish of St. Michael and All Angels, hereby undertake to appropriate and pay to you a sum of two hundred pounds in the event of your complying within seven days from this date with the resolution suggesting your resignation, adopted at the annual parish meeting on 24th April last.
