SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, April 28. (Before His Honour Mr Justice Johnston.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers, at 11 a.m. WASTE LANDS BOARD V SIR C. WILSON. This was an application to have the special case stated on consent removed for argument to the Court of Appeal. Mr Garrick for the Waste Lands Board. Mr George Harper for Sir Cracroft Wilson. By consent of counsel on both sides, an order was made removing the case for argument to the Court of Appeal.
