CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, April 19. (Befere G, L Lee, Esq, J. P.) Drunkenness. —An inebriate, who looked none the better for his incarceration, was fined 20s for being drunk and incapable while in charge of a horse. Another offender, for being drunk and disorderly and resisting the police, was ordered to pay 20s ; while a third, for simple drunkenness, was fined os. George Brown, an old offender, for being drunk and disorderly and resisting the constable, was ordered to pay 40s, or suffer the usual alternative.
