SUPREME COURT.
SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Tuesday, April 11. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers, at 11 a.m. RE ROBERT REED, DECEASED. Mr Thomas applied for probate to issue to Mary Ann Reed, as widow of the deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. GILMOUR V BRUCE. Mr O'Neill applied for an order making the order of 7th November herein a rule of Court, and ordering that the costs of the ap plication be paid. Mr O'Neill also applied that an order of 4*h December herein, be made a rule of Court. His Honor grafted both applications,
RE HUGH WRIGHT, A LUNATIC PATIENT.
In this case Mr Thompson had applied that the costs of the application and proceedings as to the obtaining of the Begistrar's certificate as to the amount due to the estate, should be paid by the guardian. Mr Wynn Williams appeared to oppose the application at last Chamber day. His Honor now gave judgment, ordering that the applicant should receive out of the estate the costs of an application to the Court, the reference to the Registrar, and his certificate thereon. The Court then r jse.
