SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, April 7. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) RE HENRY HANKEN, DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams applied for letters of administration in this case to the widow of deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE HUGH WRIGHT, A LUNATIC PATIENT. Mr A. Thompson applied for an order confirming the certificate of the Registrar as regarded a contract entered into by one William Lilly with the lunatic prior to his lunacy, and also that the costs of the application be paid out of the purchase money to be paid by him. Mr Wynn Williams appeared on behalf of the guardian of the lunatic to object to the costs of the application being paid out of the residue of the purchase money due to the estate.
