C Wentworth—ss iron bark piles. 220 pieces timber. 4000 spokes, 37 pair shafts, G dray poles, 24 bags bark. Consignees—Hawkins and Co, Montgomery and Co. EXPORTS. Per Waihopai—lo cases bacon, 50 sacks bran, 225 do flour, 390 bags do. Shippers—N.Z. P. & P. Co, Buddenklau, W. D. Wood, Saunders and Henderson. The Himalaya has now on board 17-10 bags wheat, besides a large quantity of wool, of which latter staple she took in 400 bales yesterday. The Kangitikei was towed out into the stream yesterday morning, having discharged her cargo of 1000 tous iu six days. The Invererne was towed into the wharf yesterday morning, taking the inner berth in the second tier, lately occupied by the Rangitikel. The Otaki was hauled in to the whart for the second time yesterday morning, to discharge her railway iron, which will be all out to-day, after which she loads 4000 sacks of wheat for stiffening, and then proceeds to the Bluff to complete loading for London. The Crusader has now nearly completed her discharge, and will be towed into the stream this week. The Rangitikel will then take her berth to The fine brigantine Sarah and Mary, Captain Quance, arrived in harbor on Monday evening. Reports having left Hokitika on Tuesday, 29th instant, and experienced strong S.E. weather for the most part of the passage. Cape Farewell was passed on Friday morning-, and Cape Campbell on Saturday evening, arriving as above. She brings a cargo ot timber, consigned to order. The schooner Onward, Captain Russell, left Napier on Friday last at noon. Experienced N.W winds, which lasted for twenty hours; then light N.E winds; made Godley Head on Monday morning, arrriving in harbour at C p.m the same day. The captain reports that he spoke the schooners Saucy Lass and Zior off Castle Point bound to Napier, the former from Wellington and the latter from The brigantine Circe, Captain Priest, left Hoki tika, at noon on the 27th February, and had light variable winds to Cape J oulwind; thence strong north-easter for twenty-four hours; passed Cape Campbell on Thursday at 9 p.m with strong N.W breeze t thence light winds to arrival at 10 p.m on Sunday night. T The barque W. C Wentworth left Newcastle on Feb 18th, and had eight days S.E weather after starting; then N.E to Cape Farewell, which was passed at daybreak on Friday last with a strong N E gale ; thence had light winds down the coast to arrival. Sighted light oa Monday nisrut, and got insfde heads at 9 a.m yesterday. Was towed alongside the screw pile jetty yesterday afternoon to discharge.
