The steamer Tui has been chartered to proceed to the neighborhood of Cape Farewell, and there await the arrival of the Hibernia, laying the cable, which vessel she will pilot to the landing-place at Whakapiuka. The Hibernia is expected to show up on Wednesday or Thursday next. The Artillery Volunteers this morning completed their series of the Challenge Carbine Matches by firing against Auckland.
