SITTING ROOM —Mahogany book case, walnut cheffonier, inlaid walnut cheffonier with marble top and plate glass back, gentleman’s easy chair in crimson Utrecht velvet, ladies do in green damask, handsome pier glass in gilt frame, banner screen, carpet and hearth rug, fender and iron, very superior inlaid marble clock, bronze candelabra and other ornaments, green damask curtains and poles, walnut Canterbury, walnut work table, very handsome crystal flower stand, &c, &c.
