back premises of Barrett's Hotel, on Saturday night, was fined 5s and cautioned. Lunacy from Dkink.—Samuel Clark, who was brought up on this charge, and had recovered, was fined 10s. Mr O'Neill, who appeared to prosecute on behalf .of Mrs Clarke, said that a charge of assault would be preferred against accused on Wednesday next, 'acob Stevenson, who had been remanded on this charge, and had recovered, was discharged.
