POST-OFFICE NOTICES.
Mails close at Chief Post Office for the following places, as under, subject to necessary alterations: — Friday, December 10. For Dunedin and Port Chalmers, per Phcebe, at 9.50 a.m. ; late latters, 10.10 a.m. ; railway station, guard’s van, 10.30 a.m. For Dunedin and Port Chalmers, per Taupo, at 9.50 a.m. ; late letters, 10.10 a.m. ; railway station, guard’s van, 10.30 a.m. train. The next English mail, via San Francisco, will close at Christchurch on the 15th instant. J. J. FITZGIBBON, Chief Postmaster.
