Drainage Board.— His Worship the Mayor and the chairmen of the Road Boards met yesterday, by invitation, at the Superintendent’s office, to make arrangements for the election of the Drainage Board. It was decided that the day of nomination should be the 14th December, the elections to take place on the 20th of that month. There will be four polling places for Christchurch, viz, the City Council Chambers, the Drill shed, St John’s schoolroom, and the Immigration Depot, in Armagh street east,
