Passengers —37 original. . ARRIVAL OF THE HIMALAYA, This ship, with a number of passengers and immigrants, was signalled this morning, and her number was run up at noon. No news had reached shore up to the time of our express leaving. The passage was made in 116 days. ARRIVAL OF THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH. Once more we have to chronicle the safe arrival of this ship, after a passage of 101 days from London. She belongs to the New Zealand Shipping Company, and has on board over 200 immigrants, consigned to Timaru ; also, saloon and steerage passengers. The Duke sailed from London on the Bth August, and arrived in port at 6.30 this morning. The Health Officers and Immigration Officers, reporters, &c, proceeded to the ship soon after 10 a m., but we had not received any news from her up to the time of our express leaving port.
