CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday, October 23. [Before G. L. M elfish, Esq./E.M.] Drunk and Disorderly.— Ellon Jordan, charged with drunkenness, was fined 40s and cautioned.

Drunk and Creating a Disturbance.— Michael O’Connell, who was given into custody for being drunk and creating a disturbance in the Q.C.E. Hotel, was fined 20s.

Drunk and Using Abusive Language.— Wni, Hart, for this offence, was fined 10s.
