MAGISTRATES' COURTS.

CHRISTCHURCH. Tuesday, October 19. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.) Indecent Conduct. —Thomas Powell and Jane McMahon were charged with indecent conduct the previous night in the enclosure adjoining the Good Templar Hall, Worcester street. The charge of |indecency was not 'proved, but the accused were each fined 10s for being found illegally on the premises.
