{Per Press Agmcy.') TUT? BAY. Greymouth, Oct. 15. Arrived—Wallabi, from Wanganui ; Murray, from Nelson ; Maori, from Westport, at 10 p.m. yesterday. Sailed Charles Edward, for Nelson ; Eliza Firth, for Melbourne; Wallabi, for Wanganui. The Maori sails South, via Bluff, for Dunedin at 10 to-morrow. Wellington, Oct. 15. Arrived—The Ladybird, from Lyttelton. Dunedin, Oct. 15. The following are the present produce quotations : —Flour, £lO 10s ; oatmeal, £ls ; pearl barley, £26 ; bran, £4 10s; pollard, £6'; chaff, £4 10s ; hay, £4 5s ; potatoes, £4; carrots, £3 ; wheat, 3s 6d to 4s 3d per bushel ; barley, 5s ; oats, 2s 6d to 2s 9d ; butter, Is 3d to Is 6d per lb ; cheese, lid to Id per lb. New Plymouth, October 14. The Waitara and New Plymouth Railway was opened to-day. Miss Carrington christened the engine “ The Fox.” The first train started at 9.15, taking about one hundred passengers. On arrival at Waitara the Deputy-Superintendent declared the railway open, and in his speech spoke eloquently on the benefits to be derived from the public works policy of Sir J. Vogel. The train then took the party back to town. To-day was proclaimed a public holiday, and trains ran free during the day. The first free train took 400 to Waitara. Messrs Brogden give a ball this evening, to which a large number of persons are invited. All public offices were closed except the post and telegraph offices,
