PORT OF LYTTELTON. ARRIVED. Sept. 29 —Maori, s.s., 118 tons, Malcolm, from Dunedin via Timaru. Passengers —Mrs Powell and child, Mrs Wright, Mr and Mrs Williams, Mr and Mrs Whittaker, Mr and Mrs Hulbert, Misses Finnessey and Davis, Messrs Forrester, McNae, Burnip, Donnoughue, Mooney, Sergeant M‘Donald, 2 constables, and 9 prisoners. Sept. 29—Volunteer, schooner, 24 tons, Foster, from Leßon’s Bay. CLEARED. Sept. 29 Agnes Jessie, three-masted schooner, 187 tons, Phillips, for Hobart Town, in ballast. SAILED, Sept. 29—Southern Queen, ketch, 20 tons, Bell, for Akaroa. A brig from the Southward has been signalled all the morning. She is supposed to be the Wild Wave from the Thames with timber. The U.S.S. Co.’s s.s. Maori arrived this morning from South.
