CHRISTCHURCH. Tuesday, September, 28. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., KM.] Drunk and Disorderly.—The following persons were dealt with for this offence : Richard Goodwin, fined 5s j John Wylie, fined 10s; Roger Colquhoun, fined 5s ; and Lucy Tracy, an old offender, was fined 20s. Wm. Ogier, for the same offence, and who was also charged with being illegally on the premises of the Lyttelton Times, was fined ss.
