MAGISTRATES' COURTS.
CHKISTCHURCH. Saturday, September 25. (Before Alexander Lean, Esq, J.P.) Drunk and Disorderly.—John Cunningham and John Gaynor, old offenders, were each fined 20s. Drunk and Soliciting Prostitution.— Ellen Jordan, charged with this offence, was fined 20s and cautioned. Breaking a Pane of Glass.—T. J. Kyan, charged with wilfully breaking a fanlight over the door of Mr W. R. Cooke, chemist, High street, was ordered to pay 5s value of damage and cautioned.
