Tuesday, September 14. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) His Honor sat in Court Chambers at 11 a.m. ADJUDICATIONS. Orders of adjudication were made in the following cases Re John Henry Nouuig (in person) ; first meeting of creditors fixed for 22ud September, at one o’clock. Re Stephen Cropp (its person) ; first meeting of creditors fixed for 22nd September, at 1.30. Re Robson Beilby Valcot (in person) ; first meeting of creditors fixed for 22nd September, at two o’clock. Re James William Donald (Mr Bamford, solicitor) ; first meeting of creditors fixed for Thursday, 23rd September, at eleven o’clock. Re petition of Solomon Nashelski, a creditor, and re estate of Thomas Scott (Mr Wynn Williams, solicitor) ; order made absolute, first meeting of creditors fixed for Thursday, 23rd September, at twelve o’clock. Re petition of W. Langdown, a creditor, and re estate of Andrew Scott (Mr Wynn Williams, solicitor); first meeting of creditors fixed for Thursday, 23rd September, at one o’clock. Last Examinations. The date of last examinations was fixed in the following cases as under : Re Joseph Beattie (in person), 7th October. Re Edward Croker (m person), Thursday, 4th November. Re Henry Phillips (Mr Slater), Thursday, 4th November. WILL OF ANNE BOWEN, DECEASED. Mr G. Harper applied for order for leave to issue probate to Charles Christopher Bowen, as sole executor. His Honor made the order. GOODS OF JOHN HANKAHAN, DECEASED, INTESTATE, On the application of Mr Wynn Williams, his Honor made an order issuing letters of administration to Wm. Bourke, as creditor of said estate. WILL OP HENRY RICHARD WILLS, Mr Bamford applied for order for leave to issue probate to Sarah Ann Wills, as widow and sole executrix. His Honor made the order subject to an affidavit being filed.
