POST-OFFICE NOTICES.
Mails close at Chief Post Office for the following places, as under, subject to necessary alterations:— Saturday, September 11. For Dunedin, and Port Chalmers, per Bruce, at 9.55 a.m. Late letters, 10.10 a.m. Railway station, 10.30 a.m. train. For Dunedin and Port Chalmers, per Taupo, at 1.45 p.m. Late letters 2.5 p.m. Railway station, 2.30 p. m train. For the Northern ports, per Ladybird, at 1.45 p.m. Late letters, 2.5 p.m. Railway station, 2.30 p.m. trivin. A Post Office having been established at Longbeach (Ashburton district), a mail will be despatched daily at 5.30 a.m., commencing on Monday, 6th Sept, 1875. J. J. FITZGIBBON, '■' '■ Chief Postmaster.
