MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.

CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, Septemyer 1. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.) Drunk and Disorderly. —Henry Miller was fined 5s for this offence. Patrick Moon alias James Smith, alias Wallaee, for the same offence, and also for using obscene language, was fined 20s. Angus McKenzie was fined 20s. Illegally on Premises. Maurice O’Connell and Charles Tolen, charged with this offence, were discharged with a caution.
