Passengers—Mr and Mrs Mears, Miss Harris, Misi Tines, Messrs Tire, Hobday, Chubb, Cotterell, Leuin, McMahon, Montague, NcManus, Mr and Mrs Grotty. CLEARED. August s—Hawea, s.s., 461 tons, "Wheeler, for Northern ports. August 3—Beautiful Star, s.s., 146 tons, Pieterson, for Southern ports. August s—Marmion,5 —Marmion, schooner, 72 tons, Bowton, for Kaipara. in ballast. August s—Emperor, brig, 284 tons, Oleary, for Guam in ballast. Passengers—Messrs Tyson and Harper. SAILED. August s—Beautiful Star, s.s., 146 tons, Pieterson, for Dunedin via intermediate ports. Passengers—Messrs Jones and Wilson, and 40 immigrants per Star of China. The s.s. Hawea sails for Northern ports at 4 p.m. The s.s. Beautiful Star sailed this afternoon for South with 40 immigrants ex Star of China for Timaru.
