Flour, £2B to £3l, Hemp has been sold at £l9 to £26. The New Zealand Cable is to be laid before May. [Cable Messages.] London, July 14. The Turkish Budget shows a deficiency of four millions. Paris, July 14. The Assembly has annulled, by 830 to 310, the election of the Bonapartist, M. Bourgoing, who was elected for the Department of the Nievre. Madrid, July 14. The Carlists are being closely pressed in the North. London, July 16. Owing to the incessant rains, disastrous floods have occurred in South Wales and the West of England. The Lord Mayor is receiving subscriptions for the sufferers. July 17. At a public meeting, at which Mr Disraeli presided, it was resolved to erect a statue to Lord Byron in London, by national subscription. The Liverpool Cup was won by Tam O’Shanter. Owing to incessant rains, the value of all kinds of cereal produce is enhanced. There is great excitement in the corn market, and prices have advanced 3s and upwards. A motion by the left was rejected, and a motion of confidence in the Government submitted by the right. The proposed union of the Government with the left has been destroyed, and the Bonapartists are exultant.
