His Honor made the order as prayed. RE HENRY JOSEPH M'CLELLAND. Mr Thompson, for Mr Thomas, applied for an order of adjudication and fixing of first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, fixing Monday, 19th July, at twelve o’clock, for first meeting of creditors. RE JAMES M'KENZIE. On the application of Mr Slater, his Honor made the order, fixing Thursday, 6th August, for final examination of the bankrupt. IN RE CASSIN. In this case, which was an application for costs, his Honor declined to make any order ; the Court having no jurisdiction. RHODES V RHODES AND OTHERS. In this case no order was made as to the payment out of Court of the executor’s share. Order made for payment of the share of W. B. and R, H. Rhodes, The Court then ; rose.
