W, Nalder applied for an order for leave to issue probate to Charles Basil Winter, of Napier, gentleman, as sole executor. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE GOODS OP NAPIER GORDON GLASSPOED. Mr Harper, for Mr Thomas, applied for an order for leave to issue letters of administration to J. H. Herdson, accountant. His Honor made the order.
