His Honor made the order as prayed, RE WILL OP THOMAS BASIL WINTER, DECEASED. Mr G. W, Nalder applied for an order for leave to issue probate to Charles Basil Winter, of Napier, gentleman, as sole executor. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE GOODS OP NAPIER GORDON GLASSPOED. Mr Harper, for Mr Thomas, applied for an order for leave to issue letters of administration to J. H. Herdson, accountant. His Honor made the order. RE PETITION OP NINA GILCHRIST GORDON GLASSFORD AND OTHERS. Mr Harper, for Mr Thomas, applied for an order appointing Catherine Alice Glassford as guardian of the persons of said infants, and receiver of estates thereof. His Honor made the order. RHODES V RHODES AND OTHERS. In this case, which was an application to pay out of Court proceeds of sale of Purau estate, the matter stood over. RE ROBERT GILKES, The debtor in person applied for an order fixing date of final examination. His Honor made the order appointing August sth for the last examination of the bankrupt.
