SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, June 18, (Before His Honor Mr Justice Williams.) His Honor eat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. BE WILL OF CHAB. BROWN TURNER DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied for an order appointing B. Hale, of Christchurch, sailmaker, as trustee in room of Mr J. W. S. Coward. Mr Wynn Williams submitted that a trustee should be appointed outside of the family of the widow. As it was now it was proposed to appoint Mrs Turner's brother who would not be able to agree with the other trustee, Mr Wm. Wilson, as to the amount of maintenance for Mrs Turner. Fpr this reason he contended that the petition should be dismissed with costs. Mr Garrick having replied, His Honor took time to consider. BE T. F. RALFE. Mr Bamford applied for an order fixing date of last examination in this case. His Honor made the order fixing sth August for final examination of the bankrupt.
