Hie barque Speedwell was towed into a berth a No 3 Wharf by the s.s. Gazelle yesterday morning. The barques Queensland, Adelphoi, and Syren, and the brig Fawn, took advantage of the S.W. wind to sail for their respective destinations yesterday* ' i The s.s. Star of the South left Dunedin at midnight on Saturday last, experienced line weather, arriving in harbor yesterday at 3 a.m. She sails for Levuka via North to-day. The Invererne got under weigh at 4.15 p.m. yesterday afternoon, she is in splendid trim and should make a splendid passage home. We were informed that the breeze was light outside, and that neither the three barqncs nor the brig had made a good oiling at e p.m. last night.
