SITTINGS IN BANKRUPTCY. Thursday, June 3. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Williams. J His Honor held the usual bankruptcy sittings at 11 a.m. Last Examinations, RE ALEX, BROWN. On the application of Mr Slater this case stood over until next sitting in order to enable report and; statement of accounts to be filed. RE JAMES HORACE SMITH, In this case a similar order was made, the case standing over until next sitting. RE WILLIAM FIELD COLLINS. The bankrupt in person appeared to Apply for the final order of discharge. His Honor made the order. ; • RE HENRY RISELY. In this case the bankrupt appeared in person to apply for a final order. His Honor made an order suspending bankrupt for twelve months, but. subsequently it was altered to an adjournment to next sitting in order to allow of witnesses being examined. RE JOHN RISELY. Mr George Harper appeared for the bankrupt and applied for the final order of discharge. The bankrupt was examined by his Honor at considerable length, and ultimately the final order was suspended for three months, on account of bankrupt not having kept any books. The Court then rose.
