Mr Thompson applied for an order of adjudication and fixing first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, fixing first meeting of creditors for Wednesday, June 12th, at noon. BE FREDERICK LANE. Mr Slater applied for an order of adjudication and fixing of first meeting of creditors in this case. - His Hondr made the order; first meeting of creditors to take place on Wednesday, June 12th, at one o'clock. . RE ROBERT GILKES. In this case, which was a similar application, his Honor made' the order fixing first meeting of creditors for Wednesday, June 12th, at 2 p.m. RE PETITION OF WILLIAM SKINNER MILES AND OTHERS, CREDITORS, AND RE ESTATE OF DAVID MIDDLETON AND JAMES MCQUADE. Mr Hanrter applied for ai order calling upon the bankrupts to show cause why the conditional order of 7th May should not be made absolute, and a date fixed'for meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order of 7th May absolute, creditors to meet at half-past two on Wednesday, June 12th; bankrupts to surrender at same time and place. RE ASSIGNMENT-OF JOHN BLAYNEY GOLMORE. In this case, on fhe application of Mr 'Hanmer, his Honor made an order declaring the deed of assignment completely, executed. GOODS. OF BURRELL PARKEBSON, DECEASED, INTESTATE. Mr Cowlishaw applied for an order for leave to issue letters of administration to Burrell Parkerson, of Ghristchurch, surgeon, as father of deceased. His Honor made the order. GOODS OF AUSTIN FU.SSELL, DECEASED, INTKSTATE. Dr Foster applied for an order for leave to issue letters of administration to Mary Jane
Fusscll, of Christchurcb, as widow of the deceased. His Hon of made the order. CREYKB V DRANSFIELD. In this case, his Honor made an order for plaintiff to reply and demur to the second and third pleas.
