SUPREME COURT.

SITTINGS IN BANKRUPTCY. Thursday, May 6. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Williams.) The usual monthly bankruptcy sittings was held as above. Last Examinations —New Casks. RE JAMES WEST CHAPMAN. Mr Bamford appeared for the bankrupt, and applied for a final order of discharge. In reply to his Honor, the bankrupt said he attributed his failure to want of employment. His Honor made the order, KE ALEXANDER WALKER. Mr O’Neill appeared in this case to apply lor the final order of discharge. There was no opposition, and his Honor made the order. EE GEORGE GEE. Mr Bamford applied for the final order of discharge. In reply to questions from his Honor, the bankrupt stated that he attributed his fe.inkruptcy to sickness in his family. No creditors had proved, and tl er* was no opposition,

His Honor made the final order of discharge. RE EMANUEL LLOYD. The bankrupt in person applied for the final order of discharge. In reply to his Honor, the bankrupt stated that between the Ist September and 9th March all that he earned was £l2. He was unable to get employment. His Honor made the final order. RE CHARLES FRANCIS SEARLE. The bankrupt in person applied for tke final order of discharge. There was no opposition, nor had any creditor proved, and his Honor made the final order of discharge. RE JAMES FOLLAS. Mr J. Struthers Williams appeared in this case to apply for the usual final order of discharge. His Honor made the final order, RE PETER EALAM. Mr Bamford applied for the usual order of discharge in this case. His Honor made the final order. This concluded the business.
