SUPREME COURT.
SITTINGS IN BANKRUPTCY. This Day. [Before His Honor Mr Justice Williams.] The monthly sittings of the Court in Bankruptcy were held this morning. LAST EXAMINATIONS. Final orders were granted in the following casesße Thomas Coleman, re E. F. Cogan, re G. A. Medcalf, re F. H. Taylor. In the case of James Prosser Petherick, the final order was granted, with suspension for one month. ADJOURNMENTS. Re Harriet Hart —ln this case an adjournment was granted to Chambers on April 20th, to have a point of law argued. Re Peter Ealam : In this case an adjournment was made until next sitting day, May 6th. Re Belcher and Fairweather: In this case his Honor adjourned the further hearing until next sitting day, May 6th.
