CHBJSTCHURCK. Wednesday, April 14. (Before G. L. Mellish, E?,q., E.M.) Drunk whilst in Charge, of a Buggy.— George Osborne, a well k'nown character, who had been arrested on the above charge, and had capsized the traT L > he was driving, throwing out a female, w'no was much hurt, was fined 20s.
Assault.—Elizabeth Jordan, summoned for assaulting Mary Ann Shott, did not appear. His Worship instructed the police to inform the defendant that if she did not appear on Thursday, she would be arrested.
